When you publish to Vinted, Depop, or Grailed from mobile, keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome, keep the extension active, and stay signed in to the marketplace until the listing finishes.
Before you start
Submit at least one Vinted, Depop, or Grailed listing from the Dropstitch mobile app.
Install and enable the Dropstitch Chrome extension on desktop.
Connect the destination in Set up Marketplaces & Cross-listing.
Keep the Dropstitch web app open in desktop Chrome.
Stay signed in to the marketplace account you want to use.
If Vinted is newly connected, use Build a trusted Vinted browser session for reliable Dropstitch publishing before larger listing runs.
How it works
Shopify and eBay listings can complete from the mobile app. Vinted, Depop, and Grailed listings also need Dropstitch and the extension to remain active in desktop Chrome.
If the listing is waiting, open Dropstitch in desktop Chrome, enable the extension, and sign in to the marketplace again.
Use Activity Feed to see whether the action is waiting, running, blocked, or completed. Use Stockroom to check product-level marketplace status after the action runs.
How to use it
Submit the Vinted, Depop, or Grailed listing from the Dropstitch mobile app.
Open desktop Chrome on the computer that has the Dropstitch extension installed.
Open the Dropstitch web app and keep it open while the listings run.
Confirm you are signed in to the correct marketplace account in Chrome.
Open Activity Feed and check the relevant listing action.
Re-authenticate the marketplace if the session has expired.
Wait for the current listing to finish before retrying the same product.
Open Stockroom and confirm the marketplace status when the action completes.
Success check
The listing starts after Dropstitch is open in desktop Chrome, the extension is active, and the marketplace is signed in.
Activity Feed no longer shows the action as waiting or blocked.
The product shows the expected Vinted, Depop, or Grailed status in Stockroom.
The listing appears on the destination marketplace after the extension action completes.
Tips
Keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome until every Vinted, Depop, or Grailed listing is complete.
Keep one reliable desktop Chrome session available if your team lists to Vinted, Depop, or Grailed from mobile during the day.
Do not submit the same product repeatedly while its listing is waiting. Check Activity Feed first.
Keep Vinted-specific session warm-up guidance separate from Depop and Grailed.
Advanced settings
One person can capture, edit, and submit listings from iPhone while another keeps Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome and checks the results.
Shopify and eBay listings can complete from the mobile app without this desktop step.
