Vinted, Depop, and Grailed listings require the Dropstitch Chrome extension. Keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome and stay signed in until the listings finish.
Before you start
Install and enable the Dropstitch Chrome extension.
Keep the Dropstitch web app open in desktop Chrome.
Sign in to each marketplace you are publishing to.
If the listing was submitted from the Dropstitch mobile app, keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome until it finishes.
If this is a new Vinted setup, follow Build a trusted Vinted browser session for reliable Dropstitch publishing.
Use a stable internet connection for larger runs.
How it works
The listing can start when all of these are true:
the Dropstitch web app is open in desktop Chrome
the Dropstitch extension is installed and active
the marketplace integration is enabled
the marketplace account is still authenticated
For listings submitted from mobile, complete these desktop checks after tapping publish.
The time to finish can vary because of:
other listings in the same batch
image upload and processing time
marketplace rate limits or moderation checks
missing or rejected destination fields
an expired browser session or marketplace re-authentication prompt
Do not use one exact time estimate as a pass or fail rule. Use Activity Feed to distinguish an action that is waiting, running, blocked, or finished.
Important for Grailed: if Dropstitch reports that the extension did not respond in time, the listing may still be created afterward. Check the Grailed account before retrying so you do not create a duplicate.
How to use it
Submit the listings from desktop or the Dropstitch mobile app.
Keep the Dropstitch web app open in desktop Chrome.
Confirm that the extension is active and the relevant marketplace is signed in.
Open Activity Feed and find the relevant listing action.
Wait for the current listing to finish before retrying the same item.
Re-authenticate the marketplace if Dropstitch or the marketplace asks for it.
Open Stockroom to check the product-level marketplace status.
Confirm the listing directly on Vinted, Depop, or Grailed.
Success check
Activity Feed shows the action moving from waiting or processing to completed.
The expected marketplace status appears in Stockroom.
The listing is visible on the destination marketplace.
Tips
Start with one representative item when testing a newly connected channel.
Keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome until all listings are complete.
Avoid submitting the same item again while its first action is still waiting or processing.
Split very large runs into smaller waves when you want clearer progress checks.
Treat Vinted session warm-up as Vinted-specific guidance. Do not assume the same routine is required for Depop or Grailed.
Advanced settings
Optional batch pattern: publish a small priority wave first, confirm the marketplace result, then submit the remaining items.
For split-role teams, mobile users can keep preparing and submitting products while one authenticated desktop Chrome session processes extension actions.
Troubleshooting
The action is still waiting: confirm the Dropstitch web app is open in desktop Chrome, the extension is active, and the marketplace is signed in.The action was submitted from mobile but never started: open the Dropstitch web app on desktop and keep the required browser session available.The action is blocked by a product field: correct the required Attributes or destination-specific data, then retry one item.Vinted keeps logging out: follow Build a trusted Vinted browser session for reliable Dropstitch publishing.The listing still does not appear after the action completes: check the marketplace for a moderation, verification, or rejected-field message before resubmitting.Grailed reports an extension response timeout: check your Grailed listings before retrying.
