Connect Grailed once. After that, upload your images as usual, let Dropstitch generate the listing information, and select Grailed when you publish.
Before you start
Use desktop Chrome with the Dropstitch Chrome extension installed.
Sign in to an active Grailed seller account and add a return address to that account.
How it works
There is no separate Grailed preparation flow. Upload your images as usual and let Dropstitch generate the listing information, including color. Review the result, then select Grailed when you publish.
Keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome, keep the extension active, and stay signed in to Grailed until the listing finishes.
How to use it
Open Settings > Marketplaces > Grailed and click Sign in to Grailed.
Sign in to the Grailed account you want to connect.
Return to Dropstitch and click Check Again.
Click Add Grailed Integration.
Choose your shipping setup:
To charge the buyer, keep Free shipping off and enter a Domestic Shipping Price above
$0in USD.To cover shipping yourself, turn on Free shipping.
To ship internationally, turn on Enable International Shipping and enter the international price in USD.
Click Connect Grailed.
Follow How to Publish to a Marketplace, publish one product, and check its generated details, USD price, and shipping on Grailed.
Success check
Grailed shows as connected in Settings > Marketplaces.
You can select Grailed when publishing, and the listing appears with the intended shipping setup.
Troubleshooting
Grailed is not shown under Settings > Marketplaces: contact Dropstitch Support.Grailed still shows as disconnected: sign in to Grailed in Chrome, return to the Grailed settings page, and click Check Again.The listing does not start or looks delayed: keep Dropstitch open in desktop Chrome, confirm the extension is active, and use Why didn't my Depop, Vinted, or Grailed publish start? before retrying.
