Use these checks when a Depop, Vinted, or Grailed action does not start or an item stays processing in Stockroom after submission.
Work through these checks
Open Activity Feed first. Find the relevant marketplace row and check whether the action is waiting, running, blocked, or finished.
Was the action submitted from the mobile app? Open Dropstitch in desktop Chrome, keep the extension active, and stay signed in to the marketplace until the listing finishes.
Is the Dropstitch web app open in desktop Chrome? Extension actions cannot run from a closed browser session.
Is the Dropstitch extension installed and enabled? Re-enable it before retrying the action.
Are you still signed in to the correct marketplace account in Chrome? Complete any login, captcha, two-factor, or verification prompt shown by the marketplace.
Does Vinted show
Failed to List on Vinted,403, orcaptcha-delivery.com? Open Vinted in a new tab, make sure you are logged in, open Vinted's new-product page, and complete the captcha. Return to Dropstitch and retry the listing. See Why did my Vinted listing fail with a 403 captcha error?.Does the marketplace show disconnected in Dropstitch? Reconnect it from Set up Marketplaces & Cross-listing.
For Vinted or Depop only, is the queue stuck? In Activity Feed, Force Queue can offer Force Vinted, Force Depop, or Force All. Grailed does not currently have a dedicated Force Queue control.
Can the marketplace account publish manually? Complete any seller setup, payment, address, or account-verification requirement before asking Dropstitch to publish.
For Vinted, is this an early session-warm-up window? Follow Build a trusted Vinted browser session for reliable Dropstitch publishing and keep tests small until the session stabilizes.
Did a Grailed action end with an extension response-timeout warning? Check your Grailed listings before retrying so you do not create a duplicate.
If it still does not start
Retry with one representative item, not a full batch.
Take a short screen recording from submission until the action stops or errors.
Take a screenshot of the relevant Activity Feed row.
Send support the marketplace name, the
Product IDfor one failed item, the browser and extension state, and any visible error.
Success check
The marketplace action starts after the browser, extension, integration, and login checks pass.
Activity Feed shows the action moving through the extension flow instead of stopping before launch.
