🛍️ Why Sync Your Shopify Products?
If you already sell on Shopify, syncing your products to Dropstitch lets you:
✅ Push those listings to multiple marketplaces (like Vinted, Depop, etc.)
✏️ Manage all content (titles, descriptions, tags) from one place
🖨️ Reprint barcodes for physical retail or events
🔄 Automatically update products across platforms
Once synced, your products appear in the Stockroom and can be managed like any new Dropstitch listing.
🧭 How to Sync Shopify Products
Go to Settings → Organization → Shopify Integration
Click Sync and Import Shopify Products
A popup will confirm what gets imported and how it’s handled
Click Start Synchronization
You’ll see a confirmation banner:
“Shopify products sync started successfully. This may take a few minutes.”
🕒 How Long Does It Take?
⏱ Small stores: usually completes in a few minutes
🏪 Large inventories: may take up to several hours
🔁 Sync runs in the background, so you can keep working
📦 What Gets Imported?
Only active, in-stock, and published products from Shopify are imported.
Products with zero stock are marked as sold in Dropstitch
No changes are made to your Shopify listings—it's a read-only import
If you're on a free plan, you can import up to 50 products
Paid users get unlimited syncs
🔧 What You Can Do After Importing
Once your products appear in the Stockroom, you can:
Send them to additional marketplaces
Update info in bulk (like title, description, price, attributes)
Generate or reprint barcodes
Change visibility, status, or tags
Keep everything in sync across platforms
All updates made in Dropstitch will automatically reflect in Shopify and other connected platforms, so you only have to do the work once.
