🔗 1. Connect Your Sales Channels
Start by setting up your integrations—these are the platforms you currently sell on or want to sell on, such as Shopify, Vinted, or Depop.
Each integration is easy to set up. Some channels may require slightly different steps, but we guide you through everything.
🖼️ 2. Upload Your Product Images
Once your channels are connected, you’re ready to start listing. Upload product photos one by one or in batches (up to 16 images per upload).
💡 Tip: Uploading items individually gives the most accurate results.
🧺 3. Review Products in the Buffer
After uploading, your items land in the Product Buffer. Here you can:
Reorder product images
Remove backgrounds (if auto-editing is off)
Add any missing images
When you're ready, click “Add to Grid”
🧾 4. Manage Listings in the Grid
Your products now appear in the Listing Grid, complete with automatically extracted details like:
Brand
Garment type
Color
A short description
🖱️ Just click on any field to edit it directly.
🧠 5. Smart Titles & Descriptions with Templates
Dropstitch uses dynamic templates to write your product titles and descriptions. You set the structure, and we generate consistent, on-brand content for every item.
🧬 6. Add Extra Details with AI Attributes
Dropstitch includes a growing library of AI-powered attributes. Enable any you like—such as Jeans Wash, Football Team, or Music Artist—and we’ll fill them in for you based on the images.
🛠️ You can also create manual custom attributes (text, numbers, dropdowns, etc.) to match your unique workflow. These can also be used inside your dynamic templates.
⚙️ 7. Fine-Tune Platform Settings
Dropstitch offers platform-specific customizations, like:
Connecting attributes to Shopify Metafields
Setting shipping rates for Depop
And more
Once set, these preferences stay in place—set it and forget it. Your listings will always follow your store’s branding and structure.
