Already have products on another marketplace? Use Import to bring the products you choose into Dropstitch without recreating them one by one.
Before you start
Use Dropstitch on a desktop or laptop.
Connect your marketplace under Settings > Marketplaces.
Import supports Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, Vinted, and Depop. CSV and spreadsheet uploads are not supported.
For Vinted or Depop, use desktop Chrome, install the Dropstitch extension, and sign in to your marketplace account.
Pricing: Syncing is free. Each successfully imported product counts as one regular listing. If you use more listings than your plan includes, your normal overage rate applies.
How it works
The Import page lets you review products from your connected marketplaces before adding them to Dropstitch. You choose what to import, and successful imports appear in Stockroom.
How to use it
Connect your marketplace under Settings > Marketplaces.
Open Import from the main navigation.
Select Sync if you need to refresh the products shown.
Use search and filters to find the products you want to import.
Review any product marked as a possible duplicate. Choose Skip Import or Import Anyway.
Select your products and click Import Selected (N). Use Import All only after reviewing the full selection.
Open Stockroom and check the imported products before editing or cross-listing them.
Success check
The products you selected appear in Stockroom.
Products you skipped as duplicates were not imported again.
Important details such as images, titles, prices, brands, sizes, and categories are ready for your next step.
Tips
Start with 5 to 10 products before importing a larger catalog.
Review possible duplicates before using Import All.
Check how many listings your plan includes before importing a large batch.
Review imported product details before publishing them to another marketplace.
Troubleshooting
Your marketplace is not shown: Check the connection under Settings > Marketplaces, then select Sync and try again.
Vinted or Depop does not sync: Use desktop Chrome, check that the Dropstitch extension is enabled, and make sure you are signed in to the marketplace.
A product is missing or out of date: Select Sync. If the issue remains, use the available Full re-sync option for that marketplace.
Product information needs changes: Update the product in Stockroom before continuing.
An import keeps failing: Retry a small selection. Contact support with the marketplace and product name if the same product fails again.

Import helps you turn existing marketplace inventory into products you can use in Dropstitch. That means less repetitive setup and more time to review, improve, and cross-list your catalog.
