Work through these checks
Is the eBay account approved for selling yet? Fresh accounts often need eBay's own seller setup completed first by manually trying to list one item on eBay.
Was the account already restricted or suspended by eBay? If eBay blocked the account after the first listings, stop publishing and work through eBay's own reinstatement steps first. See Why was my new eBay account suspended after my first listings?.
Was the eBay auth popup blocked by the browser? Retry the connection flow and confirm the authentication window is allowed to open.
Did Dropstitch detect missing eBay policies? Review and confirm the suggested default policies so the connection has the required eBay policy layer in place.
Are required eBay fields blocking publish? Fill the missing eBay-specific values before retrying the first listing.
