I’m getting “Exceeded max amount products” — what now?

Updated over a week ago

That message usually pops up when:

  • The trial limits were hit during a bulk push, or

  • Your store is flagged PAST DUE by our payment processor (a card expired, etc.).

Fix:

  1. Drop us a quick chat message with the error text.

  2. We’ll reset the product counter or extend your payment grace period within minutes.

  3. Re-submit the batch—nothing is lost.
